From real estate beginnings in Property Management and then taking the leap into Buyer Advocacy in 2009 before co-founding The Property Bureau, Kristy has purchased hundreds of top quality investment and lifestyle property’s for her clients and thoroughly understands the intricacies of successfully transacting property.
Kristy lives on the Mornington Peninsula and enjoys spreading her work time between Melbourne and the Peninsula for her clients.
ALASTAIR MAIRS
Alastair has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry from both an academic and professional background.
After completing a BSc Hons degree in Estate Management at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Alastair spent the first five years of his well-rounded career in Belfast as an Investment Property Buyer before moving to London to take on the challenge of high-end property consultancy. During this time, Alastair experienced the volatility of international property markets first hand.

During his 35 plus years of real estate practice in Melbourne, Michael has worked through numerous property cycles and his many clients have experienced and benefited from, first-hand, the critical importance of knowledgeable and professional advice.
