Kristy and Alastair made living by myself for the first time so easy. If I ever had any questions or concerns about anything regarding my rental property, they addressed everything in a timely manner. For example, when my stove was leaking gas after a gas plumbing just before a public holiday long weekend, I was really stressed about leaving my apartment as I had to go interstate. Whilst driving to the airport, I had contacted both Kristy and Alastair after hours over the long weekend, who arranged it to get fixed without my presence. This gave me peace of mind, knowing that my belongings were going to be okay and that everything would be fixed before I returned home. Alastair helped us purchase our investment property. He was so amazing to work with being very patient as we looked for the right property. He was patient and inspected many properties for us and provided his unbiased advice on them. We changed our strategy and location several times and he was always accommodating.
He never pushed us towards any particular property if we weren’t sure about it and kept looking to make sure we buy a good quality property at a good price. The Property Bureau now manages the property we bought, leased it out within a couple of weeks of settlement with a good tenant.
